The staff was kind and helpful, speaking good English. Great location near subway, shops, and theaters. The room was spacious with new furniture and a comfortable, big bed. The bathroom was nice with toiletries provided.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with many famous places within walking distance. The reception desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was quiet and had a microwave and kitchenette, making it convenient for vegetarians and vegans. The bathroom was a good size and the overall cleanliness was very good. Metro stations are located at both ends of the street, making transportation easy. The hotel offers good value for the price.

Great location, close to metro stations and major attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the presence of a kitchenette, although it lacked utensils and the fridge turned off when the room key was removed.
