The staff was kind and helpful, speaking good English. Great location near subway, shops, and theaters. The room was spacious with new furniture and a comfortable, big bed. The bathroom was nice with toiletries provided.

The room was nice and well appointed. The air conditioning did not cool the room, but we were promptly moved to a new room. The hotel is in an excellent location, with many famous places within walking distance. The reception desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was quiet and had a microwave and kitchenette, making it convenient for vegetarians and vegans. The bathroom was a good size and the overall cleanliness was very good. Metro stations are located at both ends of the street, making transportation easy. The hotel offers good value for the price.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro and close to other amenities. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they even replied promptly to my email inquiries before my arrival. Great location, close to metro stations and major attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the presence of a kitchenette, although it lacked utensils and the fridge turned off when the room key was removed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was excellent, right near the metro and in the heart of the city center. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel offers great value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated between two subway stations and just off Callao square. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are kept very clean with modern conveniences. Additionally, breakfast at Starbucks is included at a reduced rate.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more.
